# Terms of Service

### **Terms of Service for Hedera-To-Earn (HTE)**

Welcome to Hedera-To-Earn (HTE)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our platform, apps, and services (“HTE Services”) across mobile (iOS & Android), PC, and web, etc. By using HTE, you agree to these Terms.

These services are operated by HederaToEarn Foundation.

HTE is a blockchain-based “X-to-Earn” platform powered by the Hedera network. We enable users to earn HTE tokens through various activities such as gaming, movement, missions, shopping, learning, and more.

#### 2. Eligibility

To use HTE Services, you must:

* Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
* Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws.
* Use a supported device with internet access.

#### 3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

* Use HTE for unlawful activities (fraud, money laundering, etc.).
* Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation.
* Interfere with platform security or other users.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination.

#### 4. HTE Token Usage

* You earn HTE tokens through participation in eligible activities.
* HTE tokens may be used within the ecosystem or traded externally, subject to platform compatibility.
* Tokens have no guaranteed fiat value.
* Reward rates and systems may change at any time for platform balance or economic adjustments.

#### 5. Staking

Users may stake HTE tokens to earn passive rewards or unlock special benefits (e.g. higher caps, early access to features).

* Staked tokens may be locked for a period.
* Unstaking may involve a cooldown period.
* Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on network performance or participation.

#### 6. Referral Program

Invite others and earn referral bonuses!

* You may receive bonus HTE when your referrals complete verified activities.
* Abuse (e.g., fake accounts or self-referrals) will result in disqualification and potential account action.
* Referral terms are subject to change.

#### 7. NFTs

HTE may offer NFTs as part of rewards or platform access:

* NFTs may represent digital items, collectibles, or functional utilities.
* Ownership of NFTs is recorded on-chain.
* We are not liable for loss of access due to wallet mismanagement.
* Some NFTs may be tradable; others may be locked for platform use only.
