These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our platform, apps, and services (“HTE Services”) across mobile (iOS & Android), PC, and web, etc. By using HTE, you agree to these Terms. These services are operated by HederaToEarn Foundation. *** HTE is a blockchain-based “X-to-Earn” platform powered by the Hedera network. We enable users to earn HTE tokens through various activities such as gaming, movement, missions, shopping, learning, and more. *** #### 2.
