### Trademark Usage Policy

This Trademark Usage Policy explains how you may use or refer to the Hedera-To-Earn (HTE) name, logo, and related brand assets. By using our trademarks, you agree to follow this policy.

#### HTE Trademarks Covered

The following are trademarks (registered or unregistered) of HederaToEarn Foundation:

* “Hedera-To-Earn”
* “HTE”
* Our logos, icons, and visual brand elements

These trademarks are valuable assets that represent the identity and reputation of our ecosystem.

#### Allowed Uses (Without Asking Permission)

You may use our trademarks for referential and non-commercial purposes, including:

* News articles, educational content, blogs
* Videos or social media that mention HTE
* Developer tools or open-source projects referencing HTE
* Tutorials or analysis about the HTE ecosystem

Just follow these rules:

* Use the name “Hedera-To-Earn” or “HTE” accurately
* Do not modify our logos or assets
* Always give proper credit (e.g. “Hedera-To-Earn is a project by HederaToEarn Foundation”)

#### Prohibited Uses (Without Written Permission)

You may not use our trademarks in ways that:

* Imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by HTE
* Are misleading, defamatory, or unlawful
* Include our name or logo in your own project name, token, app, domain name, or business
* Alter or distort our logo or branding

Examples NOT allowed:

* Launching a token called “HTE Gold”
* Using the HTE logo in your app icon
* Registering a domain like htetracker.io

#### Requesting Permission

If you want to:

* Use our trademarks in a commercial product
* Feature us in a sponsorship, partnership, or paid ad
* Distribute merchandise (stickers, shirts, etc.)
